I sat and cried and cried I knew it was time to do something ! I was so miserable I was drinking myself to death to numb the pain physically mentally emotionally and eating myself to death!
My sister had gastric sleeve diabetic obese 260 pds I was following in her footsteps I was 239 pds and for the first time in my life dx with Hypertension and borderline diabetic . I went to see the Dr and with in 2 weeks had all work up and approved for surgery it was the best thing I could have done.
I had tried every thing diet pill lost and gained plus more weight watchers this diet that diet...So Nov 17th My new life began and here I am today feeling like I have never felt before in my life awesome! I go to the gym everyday I am running competing in my first 5k in June I couldnt even walk a block without huffing and puffing and now I am running!
